Ayodeji Soyemi is a master’s student in the Department of Philosophy at the Central European University, in Vienna. His research focuses on the intersection of ethics and technology, specifically the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI), AI policy and data governance. Ayodeji is also deeply interested in discussions that border on human rights, mental health of young people, gender and sexuality studies. Beyond his research interest, Ayodeji currently serves as a member of the editorial board of Ijiroro, an African journal of philosophy students. Additionally, he is a pioneer member of the Ijiroro Network of Young African Scholars.
