Ayman is an experienced researcher and evaluation practitioner specializing in education, youth development and participation, among other development fields. He has worked for six years as a researcher, evaluation practitioner, and translator in various projects related to education, refugees and youth development and participation. He contributed as a research associate consultant to evaluation of multiple projects in Egypt for USAID, GIZ, Drosos and Save the Children MENA Office, among other organizations. As an educator, he co-led a youth initiative that aimed at introducing critical Social Sciences and Humanities to adolescents through interactive workshops. Ayman holds a Master's in Democracy and Human Rights from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon, and graduated from Cairo University with a BSc in Political Science.
