Ayeh Naraghi is founder and director of Alcove Advisors, a United Arab Emirates-based strategy and policy consultancy specializing in culture, creative industries, and social impact across the Gulf. Her industry expertise includes soft power, heritage activation, community engagement and talent development, cultural infrastructure and capital, cultural urban development, international cultural cooperation and programming, and public participation in culture. She has led more than 20 cultural development projects in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates including cultural master planning in urban development, cultural tourism development, talent development through social impact incubator programs, among others. Prior to founding Alcove Advisors, Ayeh held senior culture roles with UNESCO in Doha and Paris, where she worked on creative industry development and international arts mobility. She holds a master’s degree in social sciences from École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, France, and a B.A. in sociology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Ayeh is a Salzburg Global Fellow who participated in multiple sessions over the years.
