Attra is an accomplished insurance professional with over eight years of experience in inclusive insurance, climate risk, and strategic business development. She currently serves as the Business Development and Partnerships Lead at Agro Consortium (U) Ltd, the secretariat and implementing partner of the Uganda Agriculture Insurance Scheme (UAIS), where she leads growth strategies, forges strategic alliances, and champions access to insurance for underserved populations across Uganda. With a foundation in software engineering and a career rooted in innovation and impact, Attra has successfully driven product development, marketing, and market research initiatives that align with the Sustainable Development Goals.
