Asmaa Ahmed is a seasoned pharmacist and public health professional with nearly a decade of national and international experience in public health, including cancer management, sexual and reproductive health, family planning, maternal and child health, COVID-19 immunization, infodemic management, and vaccine hesitancy. At the Ministry of Health and Population in Egypt, she serves as a monitoring and evaluation officer, overseeing family planning operations, including contraception supply management and campaign implementation. Additionally, she is a researcher at the 4SD Foundation in Geneva, focusing on integrating AI tools in global health policy analysis. Asmaa holds an M.Sc. in International Health from Heidelberg University Hospital. She is passionate about health research addressing health inequities and systemic biases, tackling global health issues in humanitarian, migrant, and environmental settings, and improving health outcomes for vulnerable and marginalized populations.
