Ashley Pratt is an accomplished artist, creative leader, and development professional. An artist by trade, she received her B.F.A from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) where she would later fulfill the role of major gifts officer; fundraising to support scholarships, programmatic initiatives, and the endowment. With professional experiences at the Walters Art Museum, the Baltimore Museum of Art, and as a freelance artist Ashley knows first-hand how transformative the arts can be. Ashley is currently the director of major gifts for the United Way of Central Maryland, serving the greater Baltimore region. The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged Ashley to use her expertise to champion human service needs. She is an avid lover of black culture and art, reading, writing, and baking.
