Ardita Hajra is a project manager at Business Reporter. She is a development and policy professional based in Pristina, Kosovo, with a focus on the intersection of technology, governance, and institutional accountability. Ardita is committed to bridge the regulatory gap between the EU and neighboring democracies through evidence-based policy and regional collaboration. She specializes in using data-driven frameworks to strengthen public institutions and is currently focused on the implications of the EU AI Act for the Western Balkans. She is passionate about ensuring that emerging technologies are governed by principles of transparency and democratic resilience and is experienced at supporting policy implementation and program coordination within international organizations, including previous roles with USAID and UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France. Ardita holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Pristina and an M.A. in global development from the University of Glasgow, UK.
