Anne Kamau is a Director and Co-Founder at AB Entheos Limited, an insurance catalyst with a vision for Africa, where people are resilient against risks, have access to financial services, are coexisting with nature and are thriving. She is an insurance professional, with a diploma from the Insurance Institute of Kenya and an MBA from Daystar University Kenya. She has over 15 years’ experience designing, prototyping, managing distribution and designing education materials of inclusive insurance and other financial solutions in Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa. With her team at AB Entheos, she developed the Human-wildlife conflict insurance that has been adopted by the Government of Kenya as a solution to reduce conflict and encourage co-existence. She has also developed the UNDP’s guidelines on insurance solutions to address biodiversity risks. She is a Mentor in the Microinsurance Master Program. She serves on the board of the Microinsurance Network (Luxembourg) and CIC Microinsurance Company (Kenya).
