Anna Ekblad is the manager of Naturskolan (Nature school) in Lund, Sweden. She has a background as a preschool teacher, but also as a STEM teacher up to grade 10. In 2010 she joined Naturskolan and in 2021, she became the manager of this public resource with a mission to support and promote school development in the fields of science and sustainable development. She organizes and leads training courses for preschool and school staff and coordinates the development program Green School Grounds, which has been a part of Naturskolan since 1992. She is also a co-founder of the International School Ground Alliance (ISGA) and has been involved with the two ISGA declarations, the first about School grounds and the second about beneficial risk in play and learning.
