Anju Jha is the president (chair) of "Mandwi," implementing diverse projects and advocating for policy change to ensure an equitable society. She has been involved in conflict mitigation, mediation, humanitarian and development work for 16 years in many organizations. She is particularly passionate about finding radical solutions to address the growing social conflict among the communities and inside the family. Anju wrote multiple articles on political, social, and women's issues in newspapers and magazines. Furthermore, she is also engaged in conducting research projects. Anju's academic background is in Public Administration and Sociology.
