Angeli Monique Siladan is a project development and program support officer at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Malaysia. She currently supports projects focused on refugee resettlement, migrant protection, and labour migration. Before joining IOM Malaysia, she spent nine years as a peacebuilding practitioner in the Philippines, working on issues of migration and climate change, conflict prevention, transitional justice, and youth and women's empowerment in the Bangsamoro region. Throughout the years, she has closely engaged with governments, United Nations agencies, civil society organizations and displaced populations. Anj specializes in resource mobilization, donor engagement, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and communications. She holds a master's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney.
