Ángela Nocua is an advisor to the Deputy Minister of Education at the Ministry of National Education in Columbia. She has more than twelve years of experience managing national projects with social impact on issues of childhood, education, development of human talent and integration of information and communication technologies (ICT). Ángela is a Psychologist and holds a Master's degree in Education and Social Development.
