Andy is the National Activation and Partnerships Lead at International Justice Mission (IJM) Philippines. He collaborates and develops strategic partnerships with faith-based organizations, networks, coalitions, and leaders for the protection of children against online sexual exploitation and to create safer communities for children. Andy is also a Secretariat Member of the Philippine Interfaith Movement Against Human Trafficking (PIMAHT), where he co-develops and co-organizes strategic advocacy programs, prevention, training, and awareness events against forms of human trafficking across the country. He hikes, travels, and reads as his forms of self-care. Andy holds a Master's in International Law and Human Rights from the UN-Mandated University for Peace (UPEACE) in Costa Rica and a Master's in Political Science, Major in Global Politics from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) in the Philippines. Andy is a Salzburg Global Fellow.
