Andrés Muñoz Cárcamo is a Chilean lawyer and independent researcher. He previously served as a young expert for the Fair Culture initiative, a consultant to the Chilean Ministry of Culture in liaison with Chile’s Delegation to UNESCO, and an expert within the Intergovernmental Group on the implementation of Article 16 of the 2005 UNESCO Convention. Andrés holds a bachelor’s degree in legal and social sciences from the University of Chile, a diploma in international cultural relations from the University of Girona, Spain, a master’s in theory of culture from Université Paris 1, France, and an LL.M. in international law Université Paris Cité, France.
