Andrea Y. Park is the Regional AI Skilling Advisor on the Skills for Social Impact Team at Microsoft Philanthropies. Prior to joining Microsoft, she established and led the Obama Foundation's Asia Pacific programming and served as Assistant Director of Education Content at UNICEF USA. With experience spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Andrea has dedicated her career to developing and implementing skilling, social impact, and capacity-building programs globally. Her international experience extends across four continents and more than twelve countries, including a unique three-year maritime assignment, fostering her expertise in building and nurturing global networks that catalyze social change. Andrea holds a B.A. in International Studies from Ewha Women's University in Seoul, Korea, and an M.A. in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
