Andrea (Andi) Boston is spouse of Byron Boston, chairman and Co-CEO of Dynex Capital, Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Richmond, VA, USA. She currently supports the creation and management of generational wealth for the Boston Family Office. Before moving into her current role, Andrea spent over 20 years in various corporate management positions. This included twelve years at American Express Travel Related Services where she was a director of marketing and business development and DDB Needham, Advertising where she was an Account Executive on several major brands. She completed her B.A. at the University of Illinois Chicago in 1981 and obtained her M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1988. Andi has attended multiple Salzburg Global programs and events and is a strong ambassador and supporter of the organization. She is a Fellow of Salzburg Global.
