Amélie Champsaur leads Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP's EU financial regulatory practice. She advises financial sector clients on a broad range of EU and French regulatory matters, including prudential, governance and ESG matters, state aid, as well as investigations, compliance, and litigation before the EU Court of Justice. She is a Fellow of the Salzburg Global Forum on Finance and of the Harvard Symposium on EU/US financial regulation. Previously, she advised the World Economic Forum on the design of a liability framework to address cyber-risks. Amélie is a member of the advisory committee to the Finance Forum of the Salzburg Global Seminar.
