Amélie Champsaur

Amélie Champsaur is a partner at Cleary Gottlieb where she leads the Firm’s EU financial regulatory practice. She advises financial sector clients on a broad range of EU and French regulatory matters, including prudential, governance and ESG matters, State aid, as well as investigations, compliance and litigation before theEU Court of Justice. She is a fellow of the Salzburg Global Forum on Finance and of the Harvard Symposium on EU/US financial regulation. She has advised the World Economic Forum on the design of a liability framework to address cyber-risks. She is a Fellow of Salzburg Global and serves on the Finance Forum Advisory Committee.
