Aliya Mudmarn serves as a Child Protection Officer at UNICEF Thailand, focusing on fortifying child protection systems, strengthening families to provide optimal care for children, and ensuring access to essential social services and equitable justice systems. Aliya has more than eight years of hands-on experience in the development sector in several international organizations, partnering with academic institutions, government offices, and CSOs to tackle societal challenges in Thailand. Specializing in child protection, women's economic empowerment, and combating gender-based violence, her expertise encompasses adept program management, seamless coordination, knowledge administration, and handling partnerships and donor relationships. Presently, Aliya is passionate about enhancing the well-being of children and families and working collaboratively with government officials, policymakers, national human rights bodies, and CSOs to drive positive transformations in conflict-affected areas of Thailand.
