Alia' Al-Wir is currently Head of Business Development at AIESEC in Austria. Her responsibilities include sales, account management and building partnerships with like-minded organizations. Partnership initiatives include employer branding activities, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and others. She has joined AIESEC in 2019 and has had to lead and work in different diverse teams. As a local committee president in the years 2019 and 2020, Alia' was responsible for external relations, and representation of her committee, strategy implementation and team leading and coaching. Other than AIESEC, Alia' has interned in SADAQA for 2 months. SADAQA is a Jordanian NGO that aims to create a women-friendly environment in Jordan. As an intern she aided the team in conducting a research study on women's economic empowerment, focusing on the impact of transportation on women's economic participation in Jordan.
