Chairman and Founder, Georgia's Future Academy, Georgia

Alexander Zibzibadze is Founder and Chairman of Georgia's Future Academy, one of Georgia's largest civic education and youth organizations. He has worked for more than a decade at the intersection of democracy, public policy, and citizen engagement, leading initiatives in civic education, election observation, economic policy, and democratic resilience. He has lectured and taught economics, business, debating, and public speaking at both school and university level. The civic education programs he designed, including Franklin Club and #IDEBATE, have engaged thousands of young Georgians. More recently, his work has focused on defending civil society and fundamental freedoms amid the country's democratic backsliding. Alexander holds a B.A. in international business from the University of Limerick and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Oxford as a Chevening Scholar. He previously served as a consultant at Georgia's Ministry of Economy and as Trade and Market Officer at the British Embassy in Tbilisi.
