Dr. Alexander Okondu-Ugba is a lecturer in the Early Childhood Care Education Unit, Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, University of Delta, Agbor. He is a Nigerian scholar, Catholic priest, and researcher specializing in Early Childhood Education, inclusive education, and educational innovation. Alexander is also actively involved in research leadership, consultancy, and international collaborations that promote culturally responsive and evidence-based educational practices. His work focuses on school readiness, transition to primary education, indigenous play models, teacher capacity development, and the integration of technology and artificial intelligence into early childhood learning.
