Natacha RATSIMIHAFINDRAMANANA is a national consultant for the Global Shield Against Climate Risks in Madagascar, where she co-leads the in-country process and supports the review of policies and financial mechanisms addressing climate-related risks. She brings over six years of experience in property and casualty insurance underwriting, reinsurance structuring, and capacity-building in the insurance sector. She is a certified trainer with the Professional Association of Insurance Companies of Madagascar (APEAM). Natacha holds an MBA in Finance from the National Institute of Accounting and Business Administration (INSCAE Madagascar). Her expertise spans disaster risk finance and strategic advisory. She has completed several certifications, including the CARE Academy CDRFI course, Africa Re’s Young Insurance Professionals Program, YALI Dakar (Public Management), and trainer certification from INSCAE.
