Ahamed Sanoon is the Founder, and Executive Director of the "FrameOut," a charity organization in Sri Lanka committed to youth empowerment through skill development, research, civic engagement, and special projects. He is a lawyer, humanitarian worker, researcher, consultant, trainer, and digital rights advocate. He is the co-founder of the "digizen", a consultation initiative supporting digital wellbeing and rights issues in Asia-Pacific. Sanoon held several roles in public and development sectors, including the United Nations Population Fund, United Nations Volunteers, the Sri Lankan sports ministry, provincial councils, and local government. Sanoon is a fellow at the international visitor leadership program 2020, Family Lab International training, and UNAOC-EF Summer School 2014. He holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from the Open University, public administration from symbiosis university, arts in statistics from southeastern university, and a master's degree in development studies and public policy from the open university of Sri Lanka.
