Agi Csonka is a strategic consultant grounded in decades of experience at the crossroads of solid research, transformative leadership, and real societal impact. She served as CEO of national research and evaluation institutions — including SFI (The Danish National Centre for Social Research) and the Danish Evaluation Institute (EVA) — and as Business Manager at Rambøll Management. Most recently, she was Programme Director at the Villum Foundation, where she helped shape new grant areas focused on children, youth, and education in Denmark and Europe. Over the years, Agi has been appointed to numerous expert committees and commissions and she has taken on a wide range of board and public trust roles, such as Chair of the Danish Refugee Council, the Danish Children’s Council, and Home for All. Currently she serves on the board of DIS – Study Abroad and on the Advisory Board for the Queen Mary Center at the University of Copenhagen.
