Aaron is a public policy professional and academic whose work focuses on the intersections of technology, digital transformation, and the organisation of complex systems. He is Fellow of Practice and Director of the Digital Transformation Education Programme at the University of Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government, where he teaches on the Master of Public Policy and executive programmes. Aaron also serves as Senior Fellow at the Centre for Future Generations and co-chairs the OECD Expert Group on Strategic Foresight. Previously, he held senior roles in the Singapore government, including Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Communications and Information, and was the founding Head of the Centre for Strategic Futures under the Prime Minister's Office. A published poet and interfaith dialogue facilitator, Aaron holds degrees from Oxford and Yale, including a PhD from the Blavatnik School, where his research examined digitalisation in Estonia, New Zealand, and Singapore. He is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, an Asia Society Asia 21 Young Leader, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a Salzburg Global Fellow.
