Zachary Levine is vice president and counsel-governance at BNY Mellon. In this role, Zachary supports the company's board of directors and senior management in matters of corporate governance, compliance with public company legal requirements and corresponding disclosure obligations, among other matters. Zachary joined BNY Mellon in the summer of 2019 from the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he worked as an associate in the Capital Markets Group in New York. Zachary holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada and a bachelor of commerce with a specialization in finance and a minor in economics from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
