Yumiko Mori is the Founder and Board Chair of the Specified Non-Profit Organization Comachiplus. Comachiplus started a Japan-first project to send birthday gift boxes from the community with Yamato Transport, sending 5000 presents in the past 5 years to families of newborn children. This project led to the creation of Japan's first diaper vending machine, which now has 90 machines set up all over Japan. In 2022, Yumiko was invited as a delegate to attend a women's leadership program by the Fish Family Foundation in Boston for a month. She began her career in 2004 at Toyota Motor Corporation, working in the Overseas Sales and Overseas Research Division until 2012. In 2012, she founded an innovative café model that supports isolated parents in Japan, which has now spread throughout Japan. In 2017, she was invited to Israel as one of 10 Japanese Women Entrepreneur delegates for a week. Yumiko is also a Board Member of the Board of Education in Yokohama City.
