Yu Serizawa is the founder, president, CEO, and sole shareholder of Forma Corporation. The company provides strategic consulting in international finance, business partnerships, leadership and communications, and media relations; and organizes events and for a as well as training programs for corporate executives, particularly in the area of cross-cultural management and business ethics. Before Ms. Serizawa established Forma Corporation, she was one of the founding partners of InfoPlus, Inc. and worked for Crédit Lyonnais in Paris, most recently as chief economist and analyst for the Tokyo Branch. Ms. Serizawa is advisor to the president of Mori Building Company and serves as the director of the Japanese Committee of Honour of the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Since 2004, she has served as the secretary-general of the Science and Technology in Society Forum. She studied at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
