Young Chung is pursuing her B.S. in mathematics and B.A. in secondary education at the University of Maryland (UMD). Young's other academic interests include leadership studies and theatre. Young is a teaching assistant at the Terrapin Teachers office, where she has been working since her second semester at the university. She is passionate about performance and visual art and enjoys writing in her spare time. She speaks English, Korean, and is currently learning German. One day she hopes to gain her doctorate and teach at a university.
