Yana Honcharenko

Yana leads the internal, national, and international corporate communications and manages corporate social responsibility projects due to war challenges and effects. She is an author and leader of corporate veterans support program implementation, Starlight Media's DE&I, and sustainability strategies. Before this appointment, Yana worked as Sustainability and DE&I lead at Starlight Media. She created sustainable development and DE&I strategies that focus on the company's perspectives, risk prevention, and opportunities for better social and ecological impact as an employer, business, and media leader. Yana has been implementing the DE&I strategy into corporate policies, human capital management, coprorate education and marketing standards, content and partnerships with civil organizations. More than 70 corporate and public projects focused on DE&I and SDG realized in 2020-2022. Starlight Media is the leading Ukrainian media group, which includes seven national TV channels and companies providing services in television and entertainment.
