Vincent de Paul Kayanja is the mayor of Entebbe Municipal Council and chairman of Lake Victoria Regional Local Authorities and Counties Cooperation (LVRLAC) covering local authorities working in the Lake Victoria Basin in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. His personal interests lie in politics and human rights as well as mentoring and guiding young people, conservation, and adventure movies. He has a degree in local government and human rights from Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi.
