Vikram Ghandeeswaran Narayanan is the business development coordinator at Think Equal, based in Bengaluru, India. He supports strategic partnerships and fundraising efforts to expand the organization's global impact, playing a key role in securing funding and developing partnerships across multiple countries. Previously, Vikram worked with Dream a Dream, where he supported global advocacy and worked closely with the co-founder to promote a reimagined purpose for education. He also served as the education collaboration lead at Catalyst 2030. Prior to joining Think Equal, Vikram co-founded Discover-I, a volunteer-led nonprofit focused on sports and transformative learning experiences for children. Vikram holds M.A. in economics. His background includes experience in research and nonprofit technology. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys playing sports, traveling, volunteering for social causes, and spending time with his pet.
