Magnus Gasana Udahemuka is a clinical psychologist. As a consultant in HIV psychological management and national coordinator of Discordant Couple for Rwanda, Magnus participates in various training and research activities. He is a trainer in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for survivors of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi. He advocates nationally and internationally across sectors for improved trauma management for survivors of sexual assault and violence. Currently, Magnus is the head of the Clinical Psychology Unit and the palliative care coordinator at the Kigali University and Teaching Hospital (CHUK). He received a master's and bachelor's degree from the National University of Rwanda.
