As the Chief of the Creativity and Culture Unit at the IDB, Trinidad's job is to harness the worlds of culture and creativity and to foster the cultural and creative industries in the Bank's work. These industries have an opportunity to play a leading role in the economy of Latin America and the Caribbean. Trinidad works to build awareness about the tremendous impact and assets of the cultural sector in our countries with relevant publications, and projects, and seeking out path-breaking creators and entrepreneurs who are disrupting sectors that are vital to development.
