Tore Tennøe is director for the public and independent Norwegian Board of Technology (Teknologirådet). He is currently advising the Norwegian Parliament and Government on the digital transformation of law enforcement, education and health services, as well as artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles and industry 4.0. He holds graduate degrees in international relations and history of technology from the London School of Economics and the University of Oslo.
