Tolgonai is pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Communication and Leadership at the Catholic University of Portugal and is an exchange student at the University of Salzburg, focusing on Communication, Culture, and Participation. She works as a Communications / UX Design Consultant for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, contributing to projects at the intersection of security and multilateral dialogue. Previously, she worked with the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR), the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, and various NGOs. Her interests include intercultural and strategic communication, digital media, education, leadership, and diplomacy.
