Tetiana Moiseieva is PhD in social communications and member of Ukrainian Centre of the Future. UCF is an NGO that establishes a dialogue between generations and different socio-cultural groups in order to find common values and systemic solutions for the development of the community and society. Tetiana's career has fostered professional exchange for increase the level of trust and security in society, international and multicultural openness as well as haping the future with appropriate values and qualities. Tetiana has 15 + years of experience working as a journalist on social issues as well as educational reform in Ukraine. 7 years experience in the psychological field, expert in development of creativity, effective communications and conflict resolution. She is an author of trainings and courses in the field of the dialogue between generations and personal growth. After russian invasion to Ukraine in February 2022 UCF team held a series of events for Ukrainian refugees to help them deal with stress, adapt and be able to stay proactive even in a state of crisis. Tetiana's interests cover education, innovation and social policy, detecting fakes and manipulation, social inclusion, as well as enhancing capacity of Ukranian NGO. Tetiana is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
