Tejaswini Atluri is an experienced innovation manager at Bosch Limited, India. Since 2017, her work has been focused on enabling sustainable transportation. She has extensive experience in electrifying vehicles across segments and developing innovative (X-as-a-service) business models for the new-age ecosystem. Tejaswini also represents the organization in the standardization committee, devising battery-swapping policies for India. Her work with UC Berkeley's business accelerator to mobilize EV financing in the ecosystem introduced her to the parity in credit models for the underprivileged. Since then, she has actively tried to bring in elements of inclusivity through her work in areas concerning mobility and more. Additionally, she is passionate about creating an equitable space to promote women's entrepreneurship within her organization.
