Curriculum Leader, Corporación Educativa San José de las Vegas, Colombia
Tatiana is an educator, with a bachelor's degree in English and Spanish, a master's degree in literature, a yoga and reiki teacher, and an energy polarity therapist. She moves between the classroom and the altar, between words and the body, between analysis and intuition. She cannot conceive of a life without purpose, or a day without meaning: that is why she starts each day by lighting candles, focusing her energy, moving her body, and listening to her soul. And when she finishes, she returns to herself with yoga and journaling, so as not to get lost in the noise of everyday life. Walking in nature, basking in the sun, playing sports, listening to healing music... all of that recharges her. It reminds her that she is part of something bigger and that beauty is also an act of resistance. She likes to travel, not to escape, but to expand my horizons. To see other ways of being, without losing her roots. Her education is neither neutral nor repetitive. She refuses to swallow everything whole. She believes in a deeply critical pedagogy of relevance. She analyzes every discourse she hears, reads, and teaches, because educating is not repeating: it is questioning. And that is why she brings this spirit to her students, so that they think, question, feel, and act with situational awareness. She prefers the indigenous to the imported, the local to the standardized. She believes in what is cultivated from within. She is not interested in perfection, but in presence. She is not driven by duty, but by truth. And if all this can ever inspire, heal, or provoke questions in others... then her path has meaning. She is passionate and inspired to accompany educational processes that honor body, mind, and spirit, to sow awareness through critical thinking with responsibility, and thus contribute to weaving a more committed and deeply human society.
