Tanya Marwaha is a multi-award-winning advocate for mental health, disability, and EDI, specializing in cultural competency and intersectionality. She is a OECD Youthwise Member and founded Championing Youth Minds, a global youth-led mental health initiative, before moving into consultancy. Through Synkora Consulting, she combines lived experience, storytelling, and innovative learning to drive meaningful change in organizations. Tanya has collaborated with Baton of Hope UK, the NHS, and major corporations, delivering impactful talks on suicide prevention, mental health, and inclusion. A TEDx speaker and trustee, she is dedicated to shifting EDI from a tick-box exercise to transformative action.
