Talantbek Aldashov is executive director of the local Public Foundation Mountain Societies Development Program in Kyrgyzstan (MSDSP KG), an initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation. Recruited as a senior program planner for MSDSP KG in 2009, he was promoted to the position of executive director in 2011. Prior to joining to MSDSP KG, he was acting country director for the international French non-governmental organization ACTED (Agency for Cooperation and Technical Development). Mr. Aldashov has managed various multi-donor funded community-based development projects with ACTED since 2006. He completed a one year course on political science at the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) Academy in Bishkek in 2005. He received his first degree in English language and literature at the International Relations Faculty of the Osh Technical University in 2003.
