Subhankar Paul is a social entrepreneur committed to transforming education and communities through sports, leadership, and collective action. A Teach For India Fellow and former Assistant School Leader, he has worked closely with children, educators, and families in low-income communities. As Director at The Unifly Collective, he leads initiatives on school transformation and life skills through sports for under-resourced students. Subhankar has consulted for the International Olympic Committee’s Young Leaders Program, designing sports-based mentorship and career guidance for youth. He has also worked with the Department of Basic Education in Uttar Pradesh to design education leadership programs. A member of the pan-India School Assessor Network, he supports schools in driving rapid improvement. Subhankar deeply believes in the power of collaboration to create sustainable social impact.
