Stefan Eich is an assistant professor of Government at Georgetown University in Washington DC. His research is primarily in the history of political thought, in particular concerning political theories of money and the relation between democracy and financial capitalism. He received his Ph.D from Yale University and holds an MPhil in history from the University of Cambridge, as well as a bachelor of arts in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Oxford.
