Sofia Ramalho has been a psychologist since 1997, specializing in educational psychology and in work, social and organizational psychology. She also has advanced specialization in early intervention and special educational needs. As vice-president of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP), she participates in the design of health and educational public policies. For 20 years, Sofia coordinated educational services for preschool to college education. She participated in action-investigation projects for psychological intervention and educational innovation. She is a consultant for education in municipalities. Sofia is interested in educational innovation and psychological health and well-being school interventions in a whole school, ecosystemic and SEL approach. She represents OPP in the International Global Psychology Alliance, especially on climate crisis and global health.
