Silke Finken is a professor at the International School of Management. Her research areas are innovation management, financial services, open banking, ecosystems, fintech, and strategic management. Previously she was a senior vice president operations and services at DZ BANK AG, responsible for strategic projects and regulatory affairs as well as the head of the innovation and consulting management for transaction banking. Before joining DZ BANK AG, Silke was a project manager at Bain & Company's financial service practice. She holds a Ph.D. in finance from Frankfurt University. Silke is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
