Shigeko Yoshimura is a system administrator and project leader at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Tokyo. She was dispatched to Belize, Central America as a JICA volunteer and taught computers at a primary school after she worked at Semiconductor Division, Sony Corporation. She is pursuing research on the digital divide in developing countries student as a student at Rikkyo University Graduate School of Social Design Studies, Tokyo, Japan.
