Sharon Alton is the director of human resources at the MasterCard Foundation. She has led teams during times of change, including business transformation, restructuring, and merging and exponential growth. Sharon has a wealth of knowledge leading and delivering a broad range of human resources services. Before joining the Foundation, she was the director of talent management at Foresters where she led the successful execution of their talent strategy. Sharon spent several years with TD Waterhouse in their wealth management area as a senior human resources business partner working in Canada and the U.S. She holds a B.A. in administrative and commercial studies from the University of Western Ontario.
