Shana Bartley is a policy officer for the W. K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this role, she supports the foundation's efforts to promote thriving children, working families and equitable communities. Bartley is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the foundation's policy advocacy strategy. She identifies and secures opportunities for affecting positive systemic change within communities through strategic partnerships with aligned stakeholders and organizations. Bartley has committed her career to advancing equity and justice through organizing, research, coalition-building, and advocacy. Her professional and volunteer work focuses on the importance of building healthy environments and strong communities for future generations. Bartley holds a Master of Science in public health from Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health and a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
