Satyam Mohla is a Project Lead at Honda Innovation Lab Tokyo, Honda Motors Japan, where he is part of the UX & Data Solution, Software Defined Mobility Supervisory Unit, Business Development HQ. He is an expert in Artificial Intelligence, AI for Social Good, Digital Transformation, Sustainability and challenges in emerging mobility. As a Project Lead, Satyam is busy imagining new mobility concepts around autonomous vehicles of tomorrow. He has a wealth of experience working with academia, industry, and NGOs across Asia, including in India, Singapore, and Japan, and has participated in various panels on sustainability. A cited scholar in AI, his work has been published in top AI conferences such as IEEE CVPR, IEEE ICASSP, ICLR, and IJCAI. He is a recipient of several awards, including Microsoft AI for Earth Awardee, SICI Shastri Fellow, Salzburg Global Fellow, and Honda Foundation YES Awardee. He has also spent time as a Temasek TfLEaRN Fellow at NTU & NBS Singapore and is one of the youngest scholars to be invited to the Global Young Scientists Summit, NRF, PM Office Singapore. Satyam holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
