Sara Steinert Borella is vice president and dean of academic affairs at Franklin University Switzerland in Lugano, Switzerland, where she is also a professor of comparative literary and cultural studies. Her research and teaching interests include travel writing and women travelers in Switzerland and Europe, migration and human rights, and most recently, food studies. She is delighted to visit and explore collaboration opportunities with Salzburg Global Seminar as part of a series of ongoing, cross-cultural initiatives between Franklin University Switzerland and Emerson College.
